Curt Schultz has been managing apartment communities for 20 years. Starting in Lakeville, New York in 1987 and growing in Livingston County and Ontario County over the years. The main office is located in Bloomfield, New York at Holcomb Village Townhouses. A Honeoye resident has kept him doing business close to home.
